Asian Zing Wing Sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons rice wine vinegar

1/2 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons dry sherry or mirin
1 teaspoon minced peeled ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dry crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon asian chili-garlic sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine cornstarch in rice wine vinegar in a small bowl, stir to disolve cornstarch. Add to the remaining sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens
