CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL® CHIPOTLE HONEY VINAIGRETTE

Here is the recipe straight from Chipotle Mexican Grill. Keep in mind that the restaurant chain uses a packaged adobo marinade not available to the public in the recipe used for the restaurants. Chipotle will tell you there is no Chipotle or lime in their vinaigrette. This is as close as you can get at home. If you think that the amount of salt used in this recipe has to be wrong, check out Chipotle's nutrition information on this vinaigrette. Yep, that's 1,525 mg sodium in a 2 ounce serving.

Check out Craig's comment, he suggests using use Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend in place of the adobo.
