16 medium-small red potatoes
3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 Small Fresh Rosemary Sprig
Kosher Salt and Fresh Cracked Pepper

Strip leaves off rosemary sprig and dice, finely.

Place minced garlic and diced rosemary leaves into bowl for potatoes.In bowl, place cut up potatoes depending upon size into 2 inch chunks. Place into bowl. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes, add salt and pepper and using spoon, toss potatoes till all are well coated with the rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.

Place coated potatoes around roast in your roasting pan. Roast potatoes with your standing rib roast.
