
This fudge taste quite like the candy bar. It looks great on a holiday tray for entertaining, or even as a gift by itself.
Snickers Fudge
First Layer
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup peanut butter
Second Layer
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1-1/2 cups marshmallow creme
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1-1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
Third Layer
14 ounce package caramel cubes
1/4 cup heavy cream
Fourth Layer
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions
Lightly coat with cooking spray or lightly grease a 13x9x2 baking pan.
First Layer:
In saucepan over low heat combine first layer ingredients.
Stir constantly until mixture is melted and smooth.
When completely smooth, pour mixture onto the bottom of prepared baking pan in an even layer.
Refrigerate until mixture has set.
Second Layer:
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter, add evaporated milk and sugar.
Bring to a boil and stir for 5 minutes while mixture continues to cook.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir in peanuts.
Pour over the chocolate layer in an even layer.
Refrigerate until mixture has set.
Third Layer:
Add unwrapped caramels to the heavy cream in a saucepan. Over low heat stir the mixture until completely melted and smooth.
Pour over the second layer in an even layer.
Refrigerator until set.
Fourth Layer:
Over low heat in a small saucepan melt fourth layer ingredients. Stir often until completely melted and smooth.
Pour over third layer in an even layer.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to set.
Cut into squares.
