
Starbuck's uses a pumpkin mixture that is a bit thicker than the syrups they use and orange in color. The company normally will sell you their syrups but they will not sell this "syrup". You can make your own pumpkin spice syrup with the recipe below, or you can use Monin Pumkin Spice Syrup. Starbuck's doesn't use this syrup, but Au Bon Pain does.

Like Starbuck's Pumpkin Spice Latte
1/4 cup pumpkin
1 Cup milk
2 Tablespoons vanilla syrup
1/4 Teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 ounces espresso

Add pumpkin, milk and vanilla syrup together in saucepan, stirring to mix well, until smooth. Add pumpkin pie spice and continue to heat on low until mixture is steaming and foam appears.
