
I usually buy Rondele® or Alouette® garlic herb type cheese spread for the holidays. The last couple of years I just kind of forgot so this year when I remembered to pick it up I grabbed Rondele® and was looking forward to serving this cheese spread with some great crackers I found. I was very disappointed with the product, it just wasn't the same. The recipe had been changed. It was not anywhere near as good as it had been in the past. I did a search and found a recipe that says it's like Rondele®, so I will give this a try near the holidays.

Like Rondele® Garlic & Herb Cheese Spread
12 ounces Philadelphia® cream cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh garlic
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon dried chives
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried chives

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Pack into container. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days before serving.
Serve at room temperature.
Keeps up to 2 weeks.
