ARBY'S® HORSEY SAUCE®




Arby's® Horsey Sauce®

1 tablespoon white vinegar
4 teaspoons granulated sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
.
Add sugar and salt in a small bowl with vinegar and stir to disolve.
Add mayonnaise and horseradish into a blender. Pour in the vinegar solution, and blend until the sauce is smooth (about 5-10 seconds).
Pour the sauce into a container, cover, and chill it for 2-4 hours.

Makes 1 cup.
