El Pollo Loco® Creamy Cilantro Dressing
1 Cup mayonnaise
1/3 Cup milk
4 Teaspoons cilantro
2 Teaspoons lime juice
1 Teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 Teaspoon granulated sugar
1 Teaspoon minced garlic
1 Teaspoon minced onion
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/8 Teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon ground cumin

Using a blender, blend ingredients together until smooth. Place in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
