Sweet Tomatoes - Souplantation Maple Cream - Sweet Potato Topping
Makes 2 cups
1/2 lb Butter (whipped)
4 Tablespoons Packed Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/8 Teaspoon Nutmeg
After whipping margarine or butter, add all ingredients and continue to whip until fluffy. Serve on a warm sweet potato.
